Funds are to provide aid to frontline hospital workers and for purchase of PPE. This hospital provides 24 hour emergency services for all ages and is licensed to operate 448 beds including a 62-bed medical/surgical unit, a 7-bed intensive care unit, a 34-bed inpatient psychiatric services unit and 64 skilled nursing beds in San Mateo along with a wide range of services. The CEO is very responsive and energized to solve this issue and is willing to get us whatever info we need for a larger fundraising push. High need - they reach low income community members as the only county hospital.
