Youth and Social Media is one of the hot-button issues of our times. When should kids get cell phones? How do we help them navigate an often perilous on-line world?

We know that bullying behavior often starts online, so it is imperative we address this issue during our week.

We have engaged MyDigitalTAT2, a local leader in providing training for parents on this topic. Their training will help participants gain a better understanding of what young people are facing online and discover ways to talk with youth about their use of digital media.

You will have a chance to practice strategies alongside young people for developing a healthy, balanced relationship with technology and connect with others in your community who are facing similar challenges.
